Soon, we will be launching the ability for users to create and share their own charts. In the meantime, licensed customers can contact our support team to create new charts. We can integrate with other tools relatively quickly, so do let us know if there’s something you need

If you are running in the cloud, there are no requirements, neuro is software-as-a-service. For on-premise systems we can work with your team to deploy an agent as a container or onto an existing server

neuro receives data from source systems. When you make a change in your system, it will send us a “webhook” notifying us straight away.

Yes. We operate in an AWS VIrtual Private Cloud that complies with AWS and general security best practices. It is regularly penetration tested. Data that goes between our systems and your systems is encrypted in transit, and at rest.

Yes, you control the source systems and can remove connections to different projects, systems, and even build jobs.

We use it to provide you with the features of the application, we do not use it ourselves, except to improve our application. We may in future use statistical and in-aggregate information in other ways.

You can use our integration with Jenkins to produce automated testing metrics and selenium charts from cucumber, and other test frameworks.

You can also see charts with Zephyr data, manual tests recorded in Jira.

Our Zephyr reporting is powerful. Neuro can give you access to dozens of real-time Zephyr dashboards.  Everything you need to manage your testing project is included.

Install our Jenkins plugin to see real-time automated test reporting from Cucumber tests running in Jenkins. The Cucumber reports allow reporting by a number of dimensions, including tags.

With neuro Reports functionality you can collect together charts from anywhere in the application and render them into a PDF report which can then be exported for you to share with your colleagues. Furthermore, you can schedule the reports to be sent through email to neuro users at regular intervals which keeps a steady flow of information going to your teammates while saving you a lot of time with manual MI labour before the next board meeting.

Many teams and organizations work within a framework of key milestones which make delivery a challenge. Neuro’s goals functionality was created to help with this challenge by visualising work throughput over time when constrained by a specific end date, and identify when action is required to ensure a milestone is achieved. Similar to the burndown concept it is intended to keep work on track by dynamically measuring progress and helping the team to stay motivated and deliver. 

Although the dashpad area is a central hub for data visualization and probably the first view you’ll familiarize yourself with when you start using neuro, the platform provides lots of other tools for you to understand how your team or organization is working.

Insights is a place where you can evaluate targets at regular intervals that might not be easy to see from the dashpad. These targets are versatile and cover the 2 pillars Velocity and Quality with 4 new pillars coming soon: Stability, Volume, Time, Cost. 

Favourites is an area where you can bring together charts from a range of sources in one place to create your own custom views of your data. These sources include any dashpad, but also the goals and chat areas. It’s great for reporting and sharing views with your teammates because it lets you save your favourite charts with the filters applied.

One example of this in action would be that you have one chart in mind in 2 different dashpads, and you’re interested seeing those charts with a filter applied. That’s 2 versions of the same chart that you might want to see side by side for comparison – to do so is easy with favourites.
